
Dr. You earned her B.S. degrees in both Psychology and Statistics from Carnegie Mellon University and Ph.D. in Clinical Psychology from Pacific Graduate School of Psychology, Palo Alto University (APA accredited). During her rigorous graduate training, she further specialized in the field of neuropsychology by completing an elective certificate program in neuropsychological assessment. She acquired specialty training in neuropsychology and cognitive rehabilitation at the VA Palo Alto Health Care System and the University of California, San Francisco. She then completed an APA-accredited clinical internship in neuropsychology and cognitive rehabilitation at New York University and a postdoctoral fellowship in line with APA’s Society for Clinical Neuropsychology guidelines at the University of California, Los Angeles, where she served as Chief Fellow.
Dr. You serves as a clinical faculty member in the Department of Psychiatry & Biobehavioral Sciences at the UCLA David Geffen School of Medicine. She currently provides neuropsychological and psychodiagnostic evaluations for the Neurobehavioral Epilepsy Program and Medical Psychology Assessment Center. She previously had the honor of working with Active Duty and Veterans at Operation Mend. Dr. You is HIMS-certified to conduct Federal Aviation Administration neuropsychological and psychological evaluations for special issuance medical certificates. She also works with Bernatz Experts, evaluating cases for undue influence and capacity regarding elder abuse. She has extensive experience providing evaluations and treatment to adults with a wide range medical, neurological, developmental and psychiatric conditions.
